OneGov is an eGovernment service of DigiServe Network Services Limited that uses advanced technologies and strategic partnerships to enable citizens access Government services in a most convenient and simplified way.

Several Government services are available on Onegov, these include renewal of vehicle papers, conducting property search, payment of taxes, fees and levies etc

You can obtain Government Services on OneGov by using any of the following channels:

A. Website: visit OneGov.ng and search for a state of interest, select an agency of interest, then fill an online form. Make payment using any of the payment methods provided on OneGov including credit card (ATM card), USSD, Bank transfer etc.
B. Outlets: Visit any of our outlets, usually located at banks and minimarts to order your Government services.
C. Agents: Approach any of our agents who are usually POS operators to order your Government services.

These are the benefits you get by using OneGov to order Government Services or pay Governments.

A. Genuine transactions: You are saved the possibility of dealing with touts and obtaining fake papers. When you order Government services on OneGov, you are confident that the transactions are genuine and verifiable.
B. Fast delivery: The delivery of services you ordered on OneGov are fast and are sometimes delivered instantly.
C. Transparent costing: The cost of each service is publicly available on Onegov.ng
D. Convenience: OneGov provide one stop shop for all your Government Services. You can transact business with Government from the comfort of your home or office and if you are unable to do this by yourself, OneGov outlets and agents are available to assist.

Easy payment verification: in addition to the receipts sent to you by email for each payment you made to Government, you can easily verify your payments to Governments on OneGov by simply entering your receipt number, email address, phone number or vehicle plate number (if applicable) in the search tab provided on OneGov for that purpose.

OneGov charges a service charge for each transaction made with Government on OneGov. The fee is cost reflective and minimal. It is cheaper than other competing methods of transacting business with Government, like commuting to Government offices, which attracts transportation cost

If your organization is a Ministry, Department and Agency (MDA) of Government at Federal, state and local governments level, you are invited to list your services on OneGov

To list your services on OneGov please send us a letter conveying the approval of your Government to list your Government Services on OneGov. The letter can be scanned and send as an attachment to [email protected]. You should also direct each MDA of your Government to visit onegov.ng/RequestForListing to request for the listing of their MDA services

There are various ways you can partner with with OneGov that guarante good stream of income. Please find below available options:

A. Outlet: If you are a bank or operator of mini mart, you can serve as OneGov outlet. You will earn income by ordering Government services on OneGov for your clients, at a discounted service charge. In other words the service charge applicable to you is lower than someone else ordering directly on OneGov. The margin serves as an income for you. This is in addition to other fees you may charge your clients. For example, you can charge a printing fee, if you have to print for your clients. B. Agent: If you own a smart phone and would like to leverage on it to generate income, you can be our agent. You will earn income by ordering Government services on OneGov for your clients, at a discounted service charge. In other words the service charge applicable to you is lower than someone else ordering directly on OneGov. The margin serves as an income for you. This is in addition to other fees you may charge your clients. For example, you can charge a printing fee, if you have to print for your clients. C. Affiliate: If you are a blogger or you have a large follower on social media like Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube etc or you have a large network of family and friends, you can promote OneGov services on your network. You will earn commission on every payment made on OneGov as a result of your referrals and your earnings will be automatically remitted to your bank account. You will have access to a dashboard where you can obtain promotional materials like banners and links which you can easily share form the dashboard to your social network.
