About
A platform for dealing with public services in one place, instead of one office at a time.
What OneGov is
Instead of a different website for each thing you need, you use one account to find a service, see what it costs, pay for it and keep the receipt.
Each ministry, agency and parastatal on the platform manages its own services, its own fees and its own records. When you use OneGov you are dealing with that organisation directly. OneGov carries the request and the payment between you and them.
What you can do here
Describe what you need in your own words. The service and the institution responsible for it are found for you.
Costs and outstanding balances come from the institution's own records, so the figure quoted is the figure owed.
Card, transfer or wallet, with the official confirmation returned in the same place you asked.
How we work
A tax portal, a land registry or a revenue system carries on as it is. OneGov sits in front of it so the public reaches everything the same way, and each institution keeps control of its own services.
Answers come from the institution's own published material. If something is not published, the platform says so and names the office to ask rather than offering a plausible guess.
Who built it
OneGov.ng is developed and maintained by Digiserve Network Services Limited.
