Onboarding

Bring your institution onto OneGov.

Tell us who you are and what you collect. We set the institution up and come back to you with what we need next.

How it goes

Four steps, and the first one is this form.

Nothing is visible to the public until you have seen it and agreed it is right.

1

Apply

This form. Who the institution is, who to speak to, and what you would like to put on the platform.

2

We set it up

We create the institution, load its services and fees, and connect the payment account it collects into.

3

You check it

You review every service and every fee before anyone outside can see it. Corrections happen here.

4

It goes live

The public can find your services, ask about them and pay for them on WhatsApp and on the web. You add more services whenever you are ready, and nothing has to be rebuilt to do it.

Before you start

What to have to hand.

Only the first section is required. Everything else helps us prepare, and you can leave it blank and tell us later.

The institution's registered name and address
What kind of institution it is
One contact, with a phone number and an email
A rough idea of the services you want listed
Any system you already use, if there is one
Roughly how many people you serve

1. The institution

An estimate is fine. It helps us size things.

2. Who we should speak to

One is enough. Add more if approval involves more than one office.

Main contact
Additional contact 1 (optional)
Additional contact 2 (optional)

3. What you would like on the platform

Tick anything that applies. Nothing here is binding, and you can start with one and add the rest later.

Whatever you have keeps running. We work alongside it.

Nothing goes live from this form. We come back to you first.
